  • Customer Preference: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
